Your credit card information for online orders is collected by PayPal, and they do not send it to us; they only provide us with information sufficient for shipping and further correspondence.

Shipping: Unless otherwise noted for pre-publication orders, all orders will be shipped within 30 days or less, or we will notify you of the reasons for delay and offer a refund.

Sales Tax: New Spring Press, LLC is required to collect sales tax on all shipments to New York State; the base rate in New York State is 4%, but various counties and municipalities add additional taxes to produce a variety of different effective rates based on specific destinations. Our PayPal payment system may undercalculate the amount due, and New Spring Press reserves the right to send you a bill for the additional amount. Returns: Please notify us within 48 hours if your package is damaged in shipping. We do not accept returns of any product unless the product is defective or was damaged in transit.
